Davis has knowledge for medical-care reform

Dr. Arlo Blumer’s letter of Oct. 10 illustrated the need for knowledgeable people to make the rules for medical care. Who better to know the problems of medical decisions than the doctors and their patients? The lawyers in the government and their aides are often making decisions on subjects when they don’t have the expertise.
We are fortunate to have a candidate for the United States Congress who has the expertise and experience in two of the most important issues of the times — energy and medical care.
Dr. Brian Davis has a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering with biomedical specialization. He also worked in the nuclear engineering field before going into medicine. Davis has been a cancer specialist with Mayo Clinic in Rochester for 11 years.
Therefore, Davis has exactly the type of knowledge needed in Congress today.
Here is your opportunity to get to know him and have him answer your questions. Come to meet the Republican endorsed candidate Brian Davis on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. in the Fairlane building at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds.
I am honored to vote for Davis, a man who can be trusted to work for all of us.
