Tom Sorenson, agency director of Americana Insurance of Albert Lea, announced the addition of Suzanne Dickson to Americana Insurance agency.

Dickson’s Insurance career has included working at Farm Bureau Insurance in Albert Lea and Federated Insurance in Owatonna. In 2003, she started her own agency operating out of her home and writing business through Safeway Agency in Hayfield. She has continued her business until joining Americana Insurance. Her work experience in addition to insurance includes working as a service writer and customer service for local-based companies.

Sorenson said Dickson’s expertise in the farm, auto and home insurance sector fits perfectly into the niche of the agency. “We at Americana Insurance are excited to have someone with such an insurance background and customer service skills join our team,” he added.

Dickson grew up on a farm near Hollandale and now resides in Albert Lea with her husband, Scott.
