Albert Lea police arrested Joshua Quincy Hill, 29, for second-degree driving while intoxicated at 2:18 a.m. Tuesday after a report of a hit and run near the intersection of College Street and Elizabeth Avenue, according to police reports.

Juvenile cited for theft

Police cited a 15-year-old juvenile for misdemeanor theft after a shoplifting incident at Wal-Mart at 5:07 p.m. Monday.
