Albert Lea native named company CFO

American Engineering Testing Inc., a leading consulting firm, announces the appointment of Bob Krogsgaard to the position of CFO which will be effective Jan. 1. As CFO, Krogsgaard will have corporate responsibility for financial analysis and control, planning and budgeting, credit, and acquisitions as well as oversight of the IT function.
Krogsgaard assisted in the formation of AET in 1989 through the acquisition of its predecessor Geotechnical Engineering Corp. He later joined AET in 1996 following a period of rapid growth.
Krogsgaard received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Cloud State University in 1977. He has experience working with both public and privately owned companies and has spent over 20 years in construction related industries. He has extensive experience with multi-state operations, acquisitions, planning and budgeting. He resides in Maple Grove.
AET is an employee-owned corporation, providing professional services to public and private sector clients since 1971. AET’s 300 engineers, geologists, scientists and certified technicians assist owners, developers, municipalities, consultants and contractors with their design, construction and restoration projects.
