Park benches in Edgewater Park were reported burned near the bandshell some time during the weekend, according to police reports. The incident was reported to police at 8:53 a.m. Monday.

Fire reported

A fire was reported in the kitchen of a house at 72504 280th St. at 1:15 p.m. Monday, reports stated. No one was in the house at the time of the incident. The fire was put out and a fire investigation team was contacted.

Vehicle broken into

A vehicle on the 800 block of South Fourth Avenue was reported broken into at 9:53 a.m. Monday, police reports stated. Items were reported missing.

Propane tank stolen

A propane tank was reported stolen off of a gas grill on the 300 block of Fourth Street at 4:18 p.m. Monday, reports stated.

Tools missing

Tools were reported missing from a shop at 1018 S. Broadway Ave. at 4:20 p.m. Monday, according to police reports.
