I would like to congratulate Linda Tuttle on wining the Freeborn County Commissioner District 5 seat. Linda ran a good campaign, and I want to wish her well as she becomes our next county commissioner.

I also want to thank everyone who supported me in my campaign. Although I came up short, I will have to say that running for this seat was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Being able to get out and talk to the citizens and listen to their concerns was an eye-opening experience. Hopefully in the future I will find ways to put this experience to good use.
