Support during race was appreciated a lot

I would like to thank everyone that voted for me. I also thank all my friends and family who supported me. It was a very close election. I only lost by 48 votes. Even though I lost, I am very happy with how well I did and I also would like to congratulate Ellen Kehr on her win. And I offer her my support to deal with the problems we are facing in Albert Lea and also offer my help to the new mayor and other City Council members and the people of Albert Lea.
Also, to the younger generation of Albert Lea, look how close I came to wining. I only lost by 48 votes. This is a clear message that we can have a say in the direction Albert Lea takes, but we need to get more involved so that every generation is heard and represented. It also was a message that the City Council needs to listen to the people before they vote on issues. My plans are for the next four years is to get placed on advisory boards and commissions for the city of Albert Lea and also help Ellen Kehr with issues in the 3rd Ward. I also look forward to the 3rd Ward City Council race in 2012.
