Two dogs in Emmons area need some help
Published 8:32 am Wednesday, November 19, 2008
I am writing about two dogs in the Emmons area, one is a black shepherd mix and the other one a light-colored poodle mix. They are both wearing collars. They are sleeping along the highway by Gateway Park. These two dogs have been there for many days without adequate food, water or shelter.
If you know anything about them, please call me at (507) 377-8501. If you owned these dogs but are no longer able to care for them, please call me and we can make arrangements. We cannot get close to the black shepherd mix. We have been able to get close to the poodle mix, but we don’t want to leave the other one alone. If you have lost these dogs, please call me. We really want to help these guys; the weather is getting cold, and we don’t want them to spend it in the elements. We need help getting them to a safer place.
Please let me know if you have any information on these dogs and let us help them. Thank you.
