The Albert Lea Elks Lodge has met its initial goal of $50,000 in debenture sales and donations.  The lodge will remain open during December and after the first of the year. The fundraising drive will continue so necessary repairs to the building may be made and continue to finance the club with member participation. 

Lodge officials thank those who have supported the effort and encourage members to come to the club for their parties, dinners and special events.
