A fire was reported in one of the guest rooms at the Albert Lea Inn at 8:24 p.m. Monday, according to police reports. An Albert Lea Fire Department spokesman said the fire was confined to one room. There was mainly smoke damage.

The incident is under investigation.

Stereo, radar stolen

A stereo and a radar detector were reported stolen out of a vehicle on the 500 block of Fourth Street at 11:30 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

3 cited for underage consumption

Garrin Scott Bednar, 19, and two juveniles were cited with underage consumption at 1:17 a.m. Monday near the intersection of 230th Street and East 890th Avenue, county sheriff’s office reports stated.
