I was at Hy-Vee on Nov. 8 at around 5 p.m. when I lost a bill that was to be mailed. It was windy that day and I must have dropped it. When I realized it was gone, it was too late. I couldn’t find it. About a week later, I found out that someone had dropped it in the mailbox for me. Thank you to whomever you are; there are still good people in this world.
