Alden-Conger girls dominate Lyle/Pacelli

The Alden-Conger girls’ scored a 79-29 blowout win against Lyle/Pacelli Tuesday in Lyle.
Megan Miller and Katie Hallman each had double-doubles in the win. Miller led all scorers with 20 points and finished with 14 rebounds. Hallman recorded 14 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Knights (10-7, 5-5) past the winless Athletics.
“We really moved the ball well on offense,” Alden-Conger head coach Gary Newman said. “We were very patient, we moved the basketball and found the open person.”
The Knights take on Lake Crystal-Wellcome-Memorial Thursday in Alden.
