The Albert Lea City Council, along with city staff and City Manager Victoria Simonsen, will meet for a budget retreat from 4 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Ramada Inn. During the first half, from 4 to 6:30 p.m., staff and council will be present, while the second half, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. will be the council and city manager only.
