Some Albert Lea residents this morning were reporting they didn’t have power Wednesday evening. One north-side resident said her family’s electricity went off at 10:30 p.m. and didn’t come back on until 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

School is cancelled Thursday for Albert Lea, Alden, Austin, Blooming Prairie, Glenville-Emmons, St. Theodore Catholic, NRHEG, Owatonna, USC and Hollandale Christian School. Lake Mills and Northwood-Kensett School are delayed two hours. Austin Head Start and Freeborn County Head Start are closed too.
