If a person shot another on purpose, this person would no doubt go to jail for life. There seems to be another thinking when a drunken driver kills a person; he gets a slap on his fingers. Is this fair? I think it is time things change and he is treated the same — or gets life in prison. In time this kind of treatment should settle in and maybe slow down drunken driving habits.
