The Mower County Livestock Hall of Fame, which is part of the Mower County Fair, is seeking nominations for inductees into the Livestock Hall of Fame for 2009 and beyond. Nominees must exhibit leadership qualifications in Mower County livestock organizations or activities.

The Hall of Fame Reception and Induction Ceremony will be held during the 2009 Mower County Fair which will be from Aug. 11 through Aug. 16.

Please submit your nomination in a letter stating why you think this person should be inducted into the Hall of Fame and mail it to Mower County Fair, 700 12th Street SW, Austin, MN 55912. Please also include name and telephone number.

Nominations will close on March 1 for people to be considered for the current year.
