Police arrested Iliana Padilla, 23, for theft by swindle and giving false information to police at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday during an arrest warrant execution at 1908 Bridge Ave., according to police reports. Felix Plaza IV, 19, and Amanda Yvette Plaza, 20, were also cited with illegal consumption.

Police cited Megan Marie Rippentrop, 21, with first-degree burglary on the 500 block of Pillsbury Avenue at 5:19 a.m. Thursday after she allegedly shattered house windows and broke down the door at one residence, reports stated.
