A-C boys’ prevail in low-scoring game

Neither Alden-Conger nor Cleveland were scorching the nylon Tuesday in a conference game in Alden, but the Knights were able to pull out a 35-27 win.
It was just the third conference win of the season for Alden-Conger (5-12, 3-8) and made up for a disappointing overtime loss to Glenville-Emmons the previous night.
Senior Jon Back gave the Knights 12 points and fellow senior Brad Ferree added eight in the win.
