I find it amazing that over the recent years, Republicans postured themselves as a corporate hostile take-over of our government. And, as they boast of how government is the problem, they currently make it especially clear that they are going to be the problem as obstructionists, good little Joe McCarthyites and Herbie Hooverites, on behalf of government actually serving the best interests of the people, such as taking steps to bolster our very troubled economy.

For Normie Coleman to persist as he is in managing only to stall the inevitable, but to virtually single-handedly further jeopardize our economic base, perhaps to ultimate doom. Clearly, the lack of Al Franken’s vote on behalf of the proposed measures, further endangers the future of not only Minnesotans, but all American citizens. Their current antics are simply unconscionable, and will be around for a long time to haunt them as many of us try to make that radical right-wing extremist party become history.
