Knight girls defeat Glenville-Emmons

The Alden-Conger girls’ finished out the regular season in strong fashion, picking up a 55-24 win over Glenville-Emmons Thursday in Alden.

Nadean Krueger had a game-high 19 points for the Knights (14-10) and Katie Hallman added 14.

Alden-Conger had just seven turnovers in the game and had 10 assists.

The Knights shot 13-of-15 from the free throw line.

Kalli VanRyswyk led the Wolverines with 15 points.

Glenville-Emmons will play Lyle/Pacelli in the play-in round of the Section 1A West Division playoffs Tuesday in Glenville.

Alden-Conger has the No. 2 seed and will play the winner of the Wolverines and Athletics Saturday in Austin.
