Greg Tupa of Albert Lea won $10,000 playing the Minnesota Lottery’s Hold-Em Championship Poker scratch game. Tupa claimed the prize on March 9. The winning ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mark, 116 Bridge Ave., Albert Lea.
