Alden-Conger had defeated Glenville-Emmons 55-24 just a week prior but that didn’t make a bit of difference for Glenville-Emmons Saturday in its Section 1A playoff game.

The Wolverines battled the Knights and held a lead throughout much of the first half, but Alden-Conger rallied before the end of the half to take a 22-21 lead and held on for a 46-37 win.

The Knights move on to face Bethlehem Academy Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Austin.

Katie Hallman led Alden-Conger with 21 points and Nadean Krueger added 10 in the win.
