Joe Tscholl has joined Snap Fitness as a personal trainer.

Tscholl’s passion for exercise and physical training began at an early age with his involvement in both track and cross country in Buffalo.

He then went on to compete in both sports at Minnesota State University-Mankato, where he received his bachelor of science degree in leisure planning and management and business.

Having worked in the health club industry for more than a decade, Tscholl has never been far from what he loves doing: helping people accomplish their personal fitness goals. He enjoys working with first-timers and fitness enthusiasts who seek to improve in any and all areas involving flexibility, power, endurance, speed and strength. He is also devoted to helping high school and college-bound athletes reach higher performance levels through sport-specific training.

Tscholl keeps in shape by running, cross-training and lifting, often with his wife, Mollee (Ludtke), an Albert Lea native.

Since college, he has continued to challenge himself physically, competing in Grandma’s Marathon, the MS 150-mile bike ride and several triathlons.

Tscholl has recently been National Exercise Training Association-certified; this is the preferred personal training certification of major health clubs in the United States.

Snap Fitness is located at 1641 Blake Ave. in Albert Lea. Snap Fitness is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 377-1290 to schedule a personal training session with Tscholl.
