Johnny Ray Talamantes, 19, no address listed, was arrested by Albert Lea police about 6:50 p.m. Thursday on charges of minor consumption and violation of the social host ordinance. Five other people, including two juveniles were cited for minor consumption.

The police report said this incident came about as a result of a probation check.
