Summer hours from April 1 through Sept. 30 for the Albert Lea Transfer and Demolition Landfill will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Services include household garbage disposal, demolition debris disposal, brush disposal, yard waste composting, electronics recycling, appliance recycling, used oil recycling, scrap metal recycling, cardboard/paper recycling, glass/can recycling, free compost and woodchips when available.
