Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at Lakewood Cemetery for Jacob Timothy and Michaela Grace Poeschl, infant twins of Timothy and Elizabeth Poeschl of Bloomington. Jacob and Michaela were born on April 3, 2009, and passed away shortly after birth. 
They are survived by their parents; sister, Hannah; grandparents: Dr. Steven and Janet Poeschl, Alden, and Thomas and Pamela Snyder, Eden Prairie; and great-grandmother, Lois Johnson, Putnam Valley, N.Y. They are also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins: Rita (Kyle) Iverson, Theadora and Simon, Henderson, Thomas (Natasha)Poeschl, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Scott (Emily) Poeschl, Crystal, Andy (Sunny) Snyder, Margaret and William, Bloomington, Sara (Brian) Carlton, Minnetonka, Laura Snyder, Eden Prairie.
