Arctic Cat says it plans to cut another 60 jobs in Minnesota, its second round of layoffs this year.
The maker of all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles lost $16.7 million in the fiscal fourth quarter. The company sees another slow year ahead.
Arctic Cat CEO Chris Twomey said the company is “focused on re-scaling the business.”
The job cuts will be at the company’s Thief River Falls manufacturing plant. Those reductions amount to about 5 percent of Arctic Cat’s companywide work force of 1,200.
In January, the company announced slightly over 100 job cuts.
