A rededication ceremony for Cedar Point Boy Scout Camp will occur on May 16. The camp is nine miles south of Fairmont on Highway 15. The event will be conducted from 1 to 4 p.m. The program will start at 2 p.m.

In the past several years, cabins have been renovated, a new storage building was constructed, and a new shower house/restrooms/tornado shelter was also added to the camp. Over the past several years, more than $250,000 has been invested into the camp by Twin Valley Council Boy Scouts of America.
