Bravo!

To Ashley Christenson and Sami Klapperick. I hope their garage sale was a hugh success, I hope everyone who owns an animal showed up and bought something or donated money to help build the new animal shelter.

What a shame it would be if they can’t raise enough money to match the anonymous donor’s offer of $150,000 and break ground by June 30. I can’t imagine with all the service organizations and all the businesses along with all the cat and dog lovers, or anyone else, not meeting this goal. If we all get behind them as Ashley and Sami (ninth-grade students) have done we can accomplish this goal. So, please, dig down deep and send the Freeborn County Humane Society as much as you can, so that the stray animals will have a decent place to live before they get adopted out.

Thank you to all the hard work that everyone has been doing to make this goal possible, lets see the shovels digging by June 30.
