Big Island Rendezvous held a grilled barbecue chicken feed fundraiser April 2 for Education Days. Supplemental funding in the amount of $400, from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, was presented to Perry Vining, Big Island Rendezvous organizer, by Nancy Verhey and Sharon Olson, board members of the Freeborn County Chapter for Thrivent.
