We would like to announce the winners of the “Dancing With The Freeborn County Stars.”

First place went to Joy Shaft and Mike Walker, dancing the waltz to “Natural Woman.”

Second place went to Julie Bernau and Mark Thompson, dancing the East Coast swing to “In The Mood.”

Third place went to Angie Stadheim and Dr. Joey Ray, dancing the bolero to “I Hope You Dance.”

We would like to thank Roberta Grahn from “Dance Yourself Silly” dance studio for all the hours of work she put in on behalf of the Red Cross working with the dancers.

What a wonderful night of entertainment. The dancers were fantastic and the crowd out outstanding and very generous. Total proceeds from the fundraiser were $25,793. All of these funds will stay in Freeborn County for programs offered by the American Red Cross.

We appreciate everyone who participated in this wonderful event.
