Albert Lea Family Y Youth Soccer registration in under way.

Early registration started Saturday and regular registration will begin May 23.

The early registration fee for 3 to 4-year-olds is $8 for members and $23 for nonmembers. For 5 to 10-year-olds the cost is $12 for members and $27 for nonmembers.

During regular registration the cost for 3 to 4-year-olds is $11 for members and $26 for nonmembers. For 5 to 10-year-olds the cost is $15 for members and $30 for nonmembers.

The season will begin June 16 and runs through July 30. Activities will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

The Tuesday practice schedule for 5 to 6-year-olds will be 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for 7 to 10-year-olds.

The Thursday schedule for 3 to 4-year-olds will be from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. for practices and games. For the 5 to 6-year-olds game times will be from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. For 7 to 8-year-olds game time will be from 6:30 to 7:25 p.m. and for 9 to 10-year-olds will be from 7:30 to 8:25 p.m.

Second-grade students in Freeborn County will receive complimentary memberships courtesy of the United Way. Third-grade students in Freeborn County will receive complimentary membership courtesy of Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, Alliance Benefit Group, Alliant Energy and the Family Y.
