Published 8:19 am Friday, May 8, 2009
A special emphasis on the value God puts upon mothers and women will take place this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. James Maxwell III, president of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa, will give the message that God has laid on his heart at Faith Baptist Church in Albert Lea.
With more than 40 years of pastoral ministry, Maxwell comes to Albert Lea with a special love for churches, missions and college students. For the Christian, Maxwell believes “the Bible is our spiritual food (Jeremiah 15:16), our guide for life (Psalm 119:105), our source of truth (Psalm 119:160) and our source of discipline (2 Timothy 3:16).”
All are invited to to hear what God’s word says regarding mothers. Faith Baptist Church is located at 905 Fairlane Terrace, one block east of the Freeborn County Fairgrounds. For more information, contact the Rev. Dennis Seiler at 373-4412 or by e-mail at faithbaptist@smig.net.
