The following area students graduated from Northwestern College in St. Paul on May 16.

Karissa Marie Miller, of Albert Lea, graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English as a second language education.

Miller is a 2005 graduate of Wheaton-Warrenville South High School.

Chelsea Elizabeth Wilke, daughter of Ken and Lori Wilke of Albert Lea, graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in public relations.

Wilke is a 2006 graduate of Albert Lea High School.
