Letter about Franken election was correct

The letter to the editor from Carol Nelson regarding the recount for the senate race here in Minnesota was right on. After results were announced for Al Franken’s “victory,” attempts were made to reach Secretary of State Mark Ritchie online. To my dismay I discovered he has a clearing house in Connecticut that screens all his mail! I then mailed a letter to him in St. Paul voicing my outrage that the ACORN organization played a huge part in Franken’s “success.” In addition, I wrote my concerns to the state attorney general.

On the day of the presidential election in November, a young lady appeared on our doorstep at 4 p.m. asking if she could assist us by driving us to the polls to vote for Barack Obama. Because she was from the ACORN camp, I asked her to vacate our property.

It is my hope that others in our area will educate themselves on the subversive groups undermining our voting processes and take measures to see they are exposed.
