I’m sure that just about everyone is full-speed ahead with their summer schedule and routine. Things like prom and graduation and even most of the open houses are now in the past, but before we fully put those things behind us, a few thank-yous are in order.

The Parents’ Communication Network would like to thank the community for their support of our efforts to host a fun, safe, and memorable night for our students the evenings of prom and graduation. Many area businesses donated generously to our efforts. Some gave prizes and others furnished money toward entertainment or expenses. We could not have done it without you. Thank you so much for contributing to the well-being and enjoyment of our students. 

Additionally, we would like to give a huge thank-you to the leadership and youth volunteers of Crossroads Church. They graciously agreed to host this year’s post prom party. We had beautiful accommodations for the kids, and they were well cared for by approximately 20 youth volunteers from the congregation.

Thank you, in particular, to David and Kris Hickman for planning, organizing, working and caring about the kids in our community.
