Katlynn Mary Nelson, daughter of Andy and Kelli Nelson of Albert Lea, has enrolled at the College of Saint Benedict for the 2009-10 academic year.

On Sunday, Aug. 23, new students move in and begin orientation, which continues through Tuesday, Aug. 25. Classes for fall semester begin Wednesday, Aug. 26.

Nelson has been awarded a $12,500 President’s Scholarship.

The President’s Scholarship is presented to students with excellent academic records and strong leadership and service credentials. The President’s Scholarship is a four-year renewable scholarship.
