Janelle Elizabeth Onken, 32, Albert Lea, appeared in Freeborn County District Court on Thursday morning before Judge John A. Chesterman on five felony charges based on alleged sales of narcotic drugs.

Onken was arrested Wednesday for reportedly selling Vicodin obtained through “doctor shopping” to a informant on four occasions since July 9.

Bail was set at $20,000 without conditions and $10,000 with conditions for a third degree charge of narcotic sales.

On a second-degree charge of narcotic sales, bail was set at $50,000 without conditions and $25,000 with conditions.

Two counts of third-degree narcotic sales and one charge of second degree sales of narcotic drug resulted in a combined bail of $50,000 without conditions and $25,000 with conditions.
