Faribault sweeps Albert Lea volleyball

The Albert Lea volleyball team was swept by Faribault in three sets Tuesday in Albert Lea.

The Falcons beat the Tigers (7-18) 25-18, 25-13, 25-22.

London Avery had five kills and Danielle Hanson had four for Albert Lea.

Avery also added 15 digs and Courtney Schnaith had 14 while Caylee Tennis had 12 assists.

The Tigers play Austin Thursday.
