If you are a sudden cardiac arrest survivor and are interested in joining the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivor Network come to an informational meeting at 3 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 15, in the Patient Education Room, located on the lower level of Albert Lea Medical Center, 404 W. Fountain St., Albert Lea.

Minnesota has recently started a chapter of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Network, which works to promote use of AEDs, automatic electronic defibrillators, and CPR, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, to the public.
