The release states when officers first arrived at the house, they observed several automobiles parked nearby the residence. Some people were seen outside the house, and some later left.

Officers saw one driver’s rear window being obstructed because of frost; the driver also did not use his turn signal multiple times.

After a traffic stop, the driver, Brohdy Hillis Avery, 21, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and his passenger, Kaylee Jo Hillman, 19, was arrested for illegal consumption, according to the release.

When officers returned to the residence on Marshall Street, they saw two more people walking away from the area.

Those two people, Tillie Babe Carson, 19, and Heather Lynn Hanson, 19, were arrested for illegal consumption.

Afterward, three other people ran out of the residence through an adjacent door.

Of those three, Lacey Jane Abrego, 19, was arrested for illegal consumption, and Alex Michael Gonzales and Steven Anthony Moreno, both 19, were arrested for fleeing an officer on foot and illegal consumption, the release states. Gonzales was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Following this, officers tried to make contact with the people inside the house.

A woman named Anita Michelle Gonzales, 40, who lived at the residence, allowed the officers partial access to the house, and officers obtained a search warrant to access the rest.

The Zero Adult Provider Team, made up of specially trained officers from both the Police Department and Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, were activated to process the scene.

Authorities then arrested the following:

Angel Antonio Gonzales, for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

Anita Gonzales, for social host and public nuisance violations.

Ramiro Balles, 18, for social host and public nuisance violations, in addition to illegal consumption.

Brian William Gonzales, 18, on a felony criminal damage to property warrant

Jade Kandace Johnson, 18, for illegal consumption

Eric Stephen Gonzales, 18, for illegal consumption

A 15-year-old girl for illegal consumption

Elvio Gonzales, 27, for providing false information to a police officer

The release states several people were found hiding in the house.

All of the people arrested were transported to the Law Enforcement Center.

The city of Albert Lea adopted its social host ordinance in January 2009. It is a misdemeanor to knowingly provide a venue where illegal alcohol consumption is conducted.
