Rebel girls dominate Medford

After suffering a lopsided loss against St. Peter Tuesday the United South Central girls’ basketball team delivered a lopsided loss to Medford Friday in Medford.
The Rebels (1-1) had four players score in double figures and took advantage of 40 Tiger turnovers in a 77-25 victory.
Val Sahr led USC with 25 points while Kayla Stenzel, Kristie Ovrebo and Katie Ovrebo all scored 10 points.
The Rebels jumped out to a 59-15 halftime lead and got their transition game going by taking advantage of 26 Medford turnovers.
USC plays Maple River Monday in Wells.
