Everyone is welcome to attend caucuses

Like many of you, I had those moments where I found myself yelling at the television or radio wondering what our elected officials were thinking when they supported crazy regulations and legislation. What can I do? I would suggest attending the local Republican precinct caucus.

Whether you are conservative, independent, lifelong Republican, disgruntled Democrat, Tea Party supporter, independent thinker, or a former Obama voter wondering where the “hope” and “change” went, I encourage you to attend our local Republican precinct caucus.

Please join your friends and neighbors at our local Republican precinct caucuses at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Albert Lea High School. We will be voting in a gubernational preference ballot, electing local precinct leadership, developing our state party platform and just plain talking about the issues affecting us all today.
