Wolverine girls rally to beat Hope Lutheran

Reina Saltou hit a 3-pointer with less than 20 seconds to play Friday night to help lift the Glenville-Emmons girls’ basketball team to a 51-50 victory over Hope Lutheran in Glenville.
The Wolverines (9-7, 7-4 SEC) rallied from a six-point halftime deficit and overcame a poor shooting night from the free throw line to beat the Patriots and pick up their third victory in four games.
Glenville-Emmons went 10 of 24 from free throw line and went just 6 of 16 in the second half.
Kalli VanRyswyk finished with 20 points while Kailey Davis and Saltou each had 13 points.
The Wolverines play Alden-Conger Monday in Glenville.
