Democrats are trying to fix the country

The caucus is a very serious event and the Republicans should not have to write those letters last week begging people to come to them. They got our country into a war and kept borrowing and wasting money on Halliburton by throwing money at the Iraqi people, who were not the ones who caused 9/11.
The caucus is the very grass roots of the political parties, and if people wish to get active in helping candidates, this is the place to start at, learning about what the party values are and how close the candidates line up with your personal values.
President Barack Obama is doing a great job of trying to get things back on the right track. He has just been in office for one year. It took our country eight years to go to the brink of going under, and putting a Republican governor in the office again will just keep our state at standstill like Tim Pawlenty has done to our schools and cities. Now he is out making millions while our state is on the edge of bankruptcy.
You can help make your voice heard, and it all starts at the caucus. We thank those who were there Tuesday.
