With the 2010 caucuses just around the corner, I would like to encourage everyone to get out and attend their precinct caucuses. The DFL caucuses will be held at the Moose Club located in the Skyline Plaza in Albert Lea today, Feb. 2. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. with the caucuses starting at 7 p.m. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get out and become involved in the grass-roots movements that forms our political parties for the next two years. I would also like to strongly encourage all young people to attend the caucuses. We need to hear your ideas about the political process and what our politicians need to do about the issues that affect you. Come, let your voices be heard and become part of the political process.
