Farmers State Bank of Hartland (with offices in Hartland, Freeborn and Albert Lea) announced that Mike Budach and Rhonda Allison have joined the lending team at Farmers State Bank.
Budach is an ag lender and will have his office in the Albert Lea location. He comes to Farmers State Bank with more than four years of ag lending experience in southern Minnesota.
Allison joins Farmers State Bank with more than 12 years of financial experience, recently serving as a vice president for residential lending for another local financial institution. She will be working with Daniel Otten as the new commercial loan assistant. Even though Allison will be primarily working with commercial customers, she will also be partnering with Deb Kenison providing consumer lending services.
Nancy Skophammer, president and chief executive officer, said, “We are thrilled to expand our lending department with experienced professionals like Mike and Rhonda. With a long background of ag lending, we are sure Mike will be a great asset to our growing community bank, and be seasoned partner to our many ag banking customers. Rhonda brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our growing lending department, being able to increase our lending efficiency through her knowledge and experience. We are very pleased that both are very involved in the Albert Lea community already, and bring a strong desire to help our bank get to the next level of growth and customer service.”
