Glenville-Emmons girls knock off Lanesboro

Four Glenville-Emmons players scored in double figures as the Wolverines girls’ basketball team knocked off Lanesboro 62-50 Friday in Glenville.
The Wolverines (11-10, 9-6 SEC) moved one game over .500 with the victory, which head coach Lisa Ziebell called the best game the team has played this season.
Emily Belshan led Glenville-Emmons with 18 points and Reina Saltou added 16. Kailey Davis and Kalli VanRyswyk each had double-doubles as Davis scored 11 points and pulled down 13 rebounds and VanRyswyk scored 10 points and hauled in 13 rebounds.
The Wolverines face LeRoy-Ostrander Tuesday in LeRoy.
