Our Father’s House, 2 miles south of Skyline Plaza on Highway 69, will host a dinner and movie event on Sunday, Feb. 14.

Cost is $10 per person. Reservations need to be made by calling 373-7799 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as soon as possible.

A Swiss steak dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. The movie, “Fireproof,” will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Dessert and door prizes will follow.

This is a description of the movie: When he was at work inside a burning building, firefighter Caleb Holt lived by an old firefighters’ admonition, “Never leave your partner behind.” At home, in the cooling embers of his marriage, he lived by his own rules.
