Wolverines breeze past Cannon Valley Lutheran

The Glenville-Emmons boys’ basketball team rolled to its fourth consecutive victory Monday with a 70-56 thumping of Cannon Valley Lutheran in Glenville.
Tyler Woodside and Jon Mittag led the Wolverines (15-6, 9-5 SEC) with 12 points apiece and Peter Hansen added 11.
Glenville-Emmons took a 19-point lead at halftime, which grew to 31 in the second half at one point.
Matt Saemrow scored 24 points for Cannon Valley Lutheran.
The Wolverines play Grand Meadow Tuesday in Glenville.
